Christianity

Anglicanism is a kind of Protestant Christianity. It includes the Church of England and the Anglican Communion.

The Anglican Communion refers to all the churches in other countries that closely follow the Church of England.

There are more than 80 million Anglicans in the world today.

Anglicanism was spread overseas by colonisation, settlement, and missionary work. Today, most Anglicans live in Africa and Asia.

This map shows countries in which Anglican churches are based. This does not mean that Anglicanism is the only religion, or only form of Christianity, in those countries.
